Repairs - our service to youWhen you request a repair we will:

  • Offer you a range of appointment options for urgent or routine repairs;
  • Where we have made an appointment, ensure that we keep it;
  • Respond to all genuine emergency repair calls within 24 hours;
  • Complete all repairs on time and according to the priority for each repair;
  • Complete all repairs to your satisfaction and to a good standard;
  • Take care to protect your property whilst we carry out repairs, and tidy up after completing them;
  • Where we carry out programmed repairs, inform you in writing at least five working days prior to starting the work.
