Amber Valley Housing investigates and determines homelessness applications.

We provide housing advice on behalf of Amber Valley Borough Council.

Our aim is to provide a service that prevents homelessness wherever possible, and fairly and accurately assesses claims when people do become homeless.

We have to decide if we have a legal duty toward you, if so how we will fulfil that duty and if not how else we can help you.
