Development update

A £3million homes boost is to see up to 40 new affordable houses provided by Amber Valley Housing over the next six months.

The homes, at three sites, will provide a mix of affordable rented accommodation and shared ownership properties, to help people get a foot on the property ladder.

The homes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to family houses, are being built at Marehay, Ripley; Penn Street, Belper and Cromford Road, Aldercar.

The homes are being built with the help of funding from Amber Valley Borough Council.
