Customer Satisfaction Survey (STATUS) 2008

During the summer of 2008, AVHL appointed the National Housing Federation Feedback Service to carry out its Customer Satisfaction Survey referred to as STATUS. The results are now in and will be used to help drive and direct our services and assist in creating the neighbourhood plans for all four neighbourhoods.

We thank everyone who took the time to complete the questionnaire and return them to the National Housing Federations Feedback Service. Four lucky participants (2 from general needs homes and 2 from sheltered homes) have been selected at random to receive a prize and the presentations happened on Friday 3rd October 2008.

The lucky winners were:-

2nd Prize (General Needs) - Mr & Mrs Spencer

1st Prize (Sheltered Homes) - Mrs Redfern
2nd Prize (Sheltered Homes) - Mrs Harrison

There were a choice of prizes and all the winners opted for High Street Vouchers, just in time for the expensive season ahead!
