The Doorways

As with all organisations our resources are at a premium and we cannot do everything we would want to. In these circumstances it is essential that we are able to focus on a small number of truly important priorities. These priorities provide us with the ability to target our resources where they will have the greatest impact in helping us to achieve our vision. Any organisation that fails to focus, ultimately fails to achieve.

Our priorities were identified through extensive consultation and in response to the focus on communities and customers provided by the vision. The doorways were reviewed, as part of the planning process, and we believe that they still represent the priorities for the future success of our business.

Our aim in relation to each doorway along with specific objectives and key initiatives are detailed above. Our success will be monitored and judged against delivery of these objectives.
