Amber Valley Housing has a Corporate Procurement Policy which adopts an ethical and equal approach to the purchasing of goods and services through:

• Competitive tendering requiring all companies that bid for contracts to submit their Equality and Diversity Policy or to adopt Amber Valley Housing's policy;
• Not awarding contracts to company’s which do not evidence a commitment to equality and diversity;
• Requiring contractors to have access to communication aids such as translation services
